We are planning to move our office to a new location. How much time to do we need in advance for a proper plan, and what steps should we consider? Can you help us with the process of managing the move?

Last Updated: 11 years ago in System Integration – Return to Knowledgebase

We recommend that clients start planning at least 45 days prior to the move date and no less than 30 days. There are many reasons for that, including the need for site inspection, cabling, ordering of new internet and phone lines, scheduling of movers, and scheduling for installation. We strongly believe that having a good plan in hand will minimize surprises during the move. Call us to arrange an onsite meeting and we can assist you work on a plan, and handle the move of your workstations and servers. We have partners that can assist with new cabling and phone system.
