I installed a new program on my computer, and now it will not start properly. What can I do?
There is a good chance that the last program that was installed is causing a conflict with either a piece of software on your computer, or even hardware compatibility. In some cases you can try to start the system in Safe Mode by holding the F8 key at boot time. If that fails as well, we suggest that you call us and we can arrange for a repair.
