Can you recover data remotely?

Last Updated: 12 years ago in Data Recovery – Return to Knowledgebase

Yes we can. We have proprietary tools that allow us to connect to any computer, anywhere in the world, that has internet access. In some cases we will have the failed drive attached to a running system (working one) and run the recovery that way. It’s important to note that mechanical problems can’t be resolved remotely. When you have a drive with a bad motor, or crashed heads – it will require work in our data recovery lab. On the other hand, cases with corrupted file structure, deleted files, and other software issues can be fixed remotely. Give us a call for more info on this important topic.
