What alerts can you configure to receive about our network?

Last Updated: 11 years ago in Remote Support / Managed Services – Return to Knowledgebase

We can configure a network with Microsoft server to provide us with many important alerts. Just to list a few: low disk space, tape drive failure, services that stopped running and email not working. The important part of managed services is that you actually get a team of engineers that watches for your network, while you can run your business. This gives you a huge advantage since you are now taking a proactive approach to solving problems rather than “wait and see” approach. For example, if one of your hard drives is going bad – we can set alerts to get a warning on drive failure, and address the issue promptly. When none of these managed services are in place, there is a good chance that you are not even aware that you lost one of the hard drives on the server, and then you only discover it after a second drive has gone down, and the server is not operating any longer. We can discuss with you the type of managed services that we offer and set it up on your network.
