I need a new desktop for my office. Should I get one from Best Buy on sale?

Last Updated: 12 years ago in Servers / Workstations – Return to Knowledgebase

Absolutely not. If you are part of a network in a small office, there is a good chance that there is a server that’s setup in domain configuration and requires an operating system such as Win 7 Pro, or Win 8.1 Pro. What you normally find at Best Buy is home versions of the operating system that are not designed to work properly in an office. When you are ready to replace your office computer, call us first. We will ask you the right questions about your needs, and recommend the proper configuration. As a Dell partner, we can even order the right system for you if you wish. The goal is to take care of your technology needs while you focus on results from your business. We know that your time is expensive and you get more results focusing on your work, instead of attempting to be a computer technician. One phone call will put you on the right path to get your systems upgraded correctly.
