Remote support is one of the tools we use to get your technical issues resolved – fast, over the web. The software is completely safe. We use multiple custom products that will connect securely to either a PC or a Mac. After your authorization, we can connect to the system, and you can watch us live as we are performing the work. Upon completion the software is removed from the system completely. It is completely safe and we are connected over secure connection to your system.
