All network problems are easy to fix, and you know all the answers – correct?
We wish. We don’t know all the answers. We know how to solve very complex problems, and based on over 23 years of experience, we have seen and fixed many more problems compared to young engineers. What we are really great at is our creative ability to analyze a complex problem, and break it to smaller parts, pointing to the core issue that needs to be fixed. We are not shy to tell a client when we don’t have an immediate answer, but we will do the research it takes to get the answer promptly. PS – if you run into an engineer who tells you that they know all the answers – turn around and look for someone better.
